A series of tennis based drills an activities played to up-tempo music on a tennis court. It does not require tennis skills but is all about keeping your heart rate up, burning calories and having fun. Whether the ball goes in or out is irrelevant as the main purpose is to get fit.
Ladies Coffee Mornings/Rusty Racquets
The sessions are relaxed and held in a fun and friendly environment. The sessions mainly target technique, tactics, doubles play and positioning in the court. The classes are suitable for beginner and intermediate players.
Team Coaching
Team coaching is designed to improve doubles and singles play and are mainly focused on tactics.. We cater for all team players whether you are in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th team or below we have drills which can benefit your game.
